The Bali Box Inspiration

The lilac + flint team recently traveled to Bali, Indonesia where we found our skin glowing in the extra humidity, only to then become very dry on our long flights back and forth. We wanted to invite some of that layered, thick, humid hydration into our skincare ritual. We designed this box set for our flights by eliminating the need for towels or water.  And so, The Bali Box was born. Whether it’s a pre-event pick-me-up or your go-to travel companion, your skin will feel refreshed, glowing, and rejuvenated.

Step One: Activate 

Use the Activating Pads to gently exfoliate the skin. Take one pad out and gently squeeze out the excess liquid. Wipe the pad over your entire face and decollete, avoiding the eye, under eye and throat areas. One pass over the face will be fine for most skin types. Sensitive skin types can skip this step altogether, while more oily and resilient skin types can handle 2 - 3 passes. It’s always best to start with just one pass on your first use to see how your skin responds. 

Step Two: Refresh

Mist the Peace Toner five times all over the face to hydrate and prepare the skin for the next steps. 

Step Three: Firm

Apply two - three pumps of the Firm Concentrate to the skin and massage in.

Step Four: Boost

Apply two - three pumps of the Boost Concentrate to the skin and massage in.

Step Five: Plump

Apply two - three pumps of the Plump Concentrate to the skin and massage in.

Step Six: Glisten

Apply 3 dots of the Liquid Crystals underneath each of your eyes and each of your lips. Gently pat in.

Step Seven: Mask

Apply the eye masks directly over the Liquid Crystals Serum to increase absorption and hydrate the under eye area. Let the concentrates and crystals sit with the masks on for up to ten minutes, then remove the eye masks and discard.

Step Eight: Glow

Apply the Glow Oil over the entire face to lock in all the moisture from the previous steps. 

Step Nine: Lift

Immediately after applying the Glow Oil, massage the skin with the Obsidian gua sha to release tension, increase product absorption, and create a lift effect in the skin. Always use a gentle pressure for gua sha massage.
