Our Pro Partners are an extension of our brand family — estheticians, spa owners, and skincare professionals who share our passion for healthy, glowing skin. By joining us, you’ll gain access to exclusive pricing, professional resources, and the opportunity to grow with a brand committed to innovation, education, and integrity.

Please take a moment to review the terms below. These guidelines are designed to protect both you and the Lilac + Flint brand, ensuring we build a strong, sustainable partnership together.

Terms & Conditions

By applying for and maintaining a Lilac + Flint Professional Account (“Pro Account”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

You must provide a valid professional license, resale certificate, and certificate of insurance at the time of application.
Lilac + Flint reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.

2. Product Sales

Approved Pro Partners may sell Lilac + Flint products in person (in spa, studio, or practice) and online through their own branded website.
Products may not be sold on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, etc.

3. Pricing

All products must be sold at or above the current MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price).
Discounting below MSRP is strictly prohibited, including permanent markdowns or coupon codes that reduce prices below MSRP.

4. Marketing & Representation

Pro Partners may list highlighted/hero ingredients in online product descriptions.
Full ingredient decks may not be published online. Ingredient information may only be shared directly with clients, in-person, or via request.
Marketing and promotional materials should represent Lilac + Flint products accurately and professionally, without modification of claims.

5. Brand Integrity

Lilac + Flint reserves the right to revoke Pro Account status if a partner violates these terms, misrepresents the brand, or engages in unauthorized resale.
Partners may not associate Lilac + Flint with political or religious statements, endorsements, or commentary in any marketing, social media, or public communications.
We may update these terms at any time; continued use of your Pro Account constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

6. Agreement

By checking the box on the Lilac + Flint Pro Partner Application form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms.
