Lilac + Flint is a professional skincare line created by estheticians who care deeply about client outcomes. Our products are formulated with acne-safe hydration and anti-inflammatory ingredients to support calm, glowing skin, especially for clients navigating stress, hormonal shifts, and sensitized or inflamed skin. Our philosophy is rooted in calm in the chaos — skincare designed to support the skin barrier, nervous system, and long-term skin health, not quick fixes.

Our Pro Partners are an extension of our brand family. We work best with estheticians, spa owners, and skincare professionals who value education, thoughtful home care curation, and active retail as a core part of achieving consistent client results.

Please review the following terms carefully. These guidelines are designed to protect both you and the Lilac + Flint brand and to support strong, sustainable partnerships.

Pro Partner Terms & Conditions

By applying for and maintaining a Lilac + Flint Professional Account (“Pro Account”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

To apply for a Pro Account, you must provide:

A valid professional license
A state resale certificate
A current certificate of insurance (COI)

Lilac + Flint reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its discretion.

2. Opening Orders & Account Activation

To ensure alignment and support a successful launch, all new Pro Accounts must begin with a curated opening order.

Opening Order Options

Retail Opening Order
$799 (Wholesale value $1,100)
Includes three units each of our top-performing retail products to support client education and immediate retail success.

Retail + Backbar Opening Order
$1,799 (Wholesale value $2,500)
Includes retail plus backbar sizing for in-treatment use.

Opening order incentives are available once per account.

Access to backbar sizing is reserved for Pro Partners who are actively retailing the line. Lilac + Flint does not offer backbar-only accounts.

3. Ongoing Partnership & Minimums

To maintain an active Pro Account, partners must meet a $2,500 rolling yearly wholesale minimum.

Accounts that fall below the rolling yearly minimum will be asked to place an order to bring the account current in order to maintain access to the Pro Site, backbar sizing, and partner benefits.

Opening order incentives do not reapply to inactive or lapsed accounts.

Our retail products are offered in boxes of three and must be ordered in multiples of three (3, 6, 9, 12, etc.).

4. Education & Support

As part of onboarding, Pro Partners are offered an optional Zoom call prior to placing their first order to review business needs, client demographics, and opening order customization.

Active Pro Partners may also schedule up to three Zoom training sessions per calendar year with our education team (Erin Moens or Jason Dobb). These sessions may include product education, protocol guidance, and retail strategy support.

5. Product Sales & Distribution

Approved Pro Partners may sell Lilac + Flint products:

In person (spa, studio, or practice)
Online through their own branded website - with the understanding that we do not allow full ingredient lists to be posted online. "Key Ingredients" or "Highlighted Ingredients" is allowed.

Products may not be sold on third-party marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms.

6. Pricing & Discounting

All Lilac + Flint products must be sold at or above current MSRP.

Discounting below MSRP as a permanent markdown is strictly prohibited.. Seasonal sales and promotions are generally allowed, within reason.

7. Marketing & Representation

Pro Partners may reference highlighted or hero ingredients in marketing materials.

Full ingredient decks may not be published online and may only be shared directly with clients in person or upon request.

All marketing and promotional materials must accurately represent Lilac + Flint products and claims and may not be altered or misrepresented.

8. Brand Integrity

Lilac + Flint reserves the right to suspend or revoke Pro Account status if a partner:

Violates these terms
Misrepresents the brand
Engages in unauthorized resale or discounting

Lilac + Flint products may not be associated with political or religious statements, endorsements, or commentary in any marketing, social media, or public communications.

9. Updates to Terms

Lilac + Flint may update these terms at any time. Continued use of your Pro Account constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

10. Agreement

By submitting the Lilac + Flint Pro Partner Application and checking the agreement box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms.

11. Direct-to-Consumer Sales & Promotions

Lilac + Flint operates both a professional wholesale program and a direct-to-consumer business. From time to time, we offer limited promotions around major holidays to support brand growth and customer acquisition.

These promotions are intentionally limited in frequency and scope and are not designed to undercut our professional partners. Our goal is to drive brand awareness that ultimately supports retail sell-through and long-term partnership growth.

We deeply value our Pro Partners and strive to balance the needs of both channels in a way that supports sustainability, education, and continued innovation.
