This alpha hydroxy acid serum contains chirally correct L-mandelic acid and lactic acid to gently exfoliate skin, brighten discoloration, and help to prevent breakouts. Mandelic acid is especially helpful for inflamed acne, uneven pigment, and is anti-fungal.
